OBJECTIVES: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to: - Correctly repeat the sounds of the letters h and b in isolation, in the words hello and bye, and in the sentences Hello, Ben. and Bye, Ben. with the correct pronunciation and intonation. - Listen and circle the correct answers about greeting each other and saying goodbye. - Read the chant with the correct rhythm and pronunciation. 1. Knowledge/ Language focus: - Phonic: Sound /b/, /h/ - Vocabulary: review - Sentence patterns:review 2. Skills: - Listening and speaking. 3. Teacher says a word, a pupil from each team has to point/throw the ball to the right picture and says the word three times. Knowledge/ Language focus: - Vocabulary: what, your, name, my, our, Nam, Bill, Linh, Mary. - Sentence patterns: What’s your name? -> My name’s. 2. Skills: - Listening and speaking. 3. Quality /Attitude: Actively participate in activities with their classmates in pairs, groups or class. Educate Ss to ask and answer about name.
