- WEEK 9 Teaching date : Monday afternoon November 4 th , 2024 UNIT 5: MY HOBBIES Lesson 3 Activity 1, 2, 3 I. OBJECTIVES: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to: - correctly repeat the sounds of the letters p and r in isolation, the words painting and running, and the sentences I like painting. and I like running. with the correct pronunciation and intonation. - identify the target words painting and running while listening. - say the chant with the correct rhythm and pronunciation. 1. Knowledge/ Language focus: - Phonic: Sound / p/ and /r/ - Vocabulary: review - Sentence patterns:review 2. Skills: - Listening and speaking. 3. Quality /Attitude: -Actively participate in activities with their classmates in pairs, groups or class. Educate Ss about hobby Kindness: help partners to complete learning tasks Diligence: complete learning tasks Honesty: tell the truth about feelings and emotions Responsibility: appreciate kindness 4. Competences: SS can develop some competences: Motivation, adaptability, problem-solving, integrity, communication. TEACHING AIDS / MATERIALS: - Pictures, textbook, computer, projector, flashcards, recording

METHODS: - Communicative language teaching, contextual teaching and learning, total physical response, games activities teaching, Model-Action-Talk, teaching methods by visual, direction method, audiolingual method. IV. Quality /Attitude: Actively participate in activities with their classmates in pairs, groups or class. Educate Ss about hobbies.
